The exile of one thousand allottees ends: After winning the case in the High Court, tenders issued, now development worth crores of rupees will happen in Hapur
Hapur News: Due to the case being stuck in the court for more than a decade, the development work in Block B and E of Anand Vihar Scheme of Hapur Pilkhuwa Development Authority was stalled, but now after winning the case in the High Court, the authority has got a loan of Rs. 6.70 crores. Proposal for development works has been prepared. At the same time, tenders have been issued for development works worth Rs 4.77 crore in Block G also. After the start of this process, about one thousand allottees of this area have got great relief.
The case was going on in the court for 14 years.
Hapur Pilkhuwa Development Authority (HPDA) had acquired the land of farmers in Block B and E of Anand Vihar and allotted plots, but a farmer had gone to the court against it. This case was being heard in the court for the last 14 years, due to which development work in this area was stalled. Despite the allottees taking plots in this area, there were neither roads nor electricity etc. But recently the High Court ruled in favor of the authority in this matter. After which now the authority has prepared the complete blueprint of development, development work was not being done in Block G also due to occupation since last years. Recently the authority had freed this land from encroachment. 750 allottees will get relief in this block.
Tender worth Rs 12 crore issued,
development work is being done in most of the blocks of Anand Vihar and Preet Vihar of Hapur Pilkhuwa Development Authority (HPDA). Now the authority has issued a tender for work worth about Rs 12 crore in Block B-E and G. With this, roads, drains, sewerage system, power lines and street lights will be installed here. Along with this, other development works will also take place.
Textile city will be developed with Rs. 10 crores.
Roads, electricity and other basic facilities will soon be expanded in the textile city of Pilkhuwa. Development work will be carried out in Textile City at a cost of Rs 10 crore. At the same time, a road will also be constructed in Pledge Park located in Sabli at a cost of Rs 2 crore. HPDA Vice Chairman Dr. Nitin Gaur said that tenders worth about Rs 12 crore have been issued by the authority, in which development works will be done in Pilkhuwa Textile City and Pledge Park located in Sabli.
