MPSC Group C Selection Process 2026
The recruitment will follow a systematic multi-stage procedure:
  • Preliminary Examination: A Computer-Based Test (CBT) featuring 100 objective-type questions for 100 marks (General Aptitude). Duration is 1 Hour. A negative marking of 1/4th (0.25) applies for wrong answers.
  • Mains Examination: Candidates who clear the Prelims cutoff will proceed to the Mains level.
  • Skill Test / Typing Test: A mandatory, qualifying practical test strictly for Clerk-Typist and Tax Assistant posts based on standard WPM criteria.
  • Document Verification & Medical Test: Final verification of academic/category certificates and medical fitness clearance.
