• If someone completes his work early then the mate has the right to take his signature and send him home.
• The MET will also ensure that all workers have job cards, no one should be present without a job card. It is mandatory for everyone to bring job card, this work will be done by the mate.
• It will also be the job of the MET to ensure that no laborer gets work for more than 100 days in a year.
• The job of the mate will be to write down any complaint made by the worker and act on it.

How to apply for NREGA Mate
