AFCAT Admit Card 2023: Download Dates, Steps and Exam Pattern
AFCAT (Air Force Common Admission Test) is a competitive examination conducted by the Indian Air Force (IAF) for the selection of eligible candidates for various commissioned positions in the Indian Air Force.
Eligibility criteria for AFCAT:
- Age: 20 to 26 years
- Educational Qualification: Graduation with 60% marks in any discipline or equivalent
- Nationality: Indian Citizen
Exam Pattern:
The AFCAT exam is conducted in two stages -
Online written examination:
This is an objective type test of 2 hours duration that consists of 100 questions in the following subjects - General Awareness, Verbal Ability in English, Numerical Ability and Reasoning, and Military Aptitude.
AFSB (Air Force Selection Board) Test:
The candidates who clear the online written examination will be called for a 5 day AFSB test, which will consist of Intelligence Test, Psychological Test, Group Testing Officer Tasks, Personal Interview, and Computerized Pilot Selection System (CPSS) (for Flying Branch candidates only).
Admit card date:
The admit card for AFCAT is usually released 2 weeks before the exam date.
